Guidance for Using Generative AI in Teaching & Learning at Mines

At Mines, we are navigating the impacts of genAI together. These guidelines were co-developed by a team of faculty, staff, graduate students, and undergraduate students with the shared goal of ensuring supportive, fair, and trusting classrooms that place human learning at the center. The guidance will be revisited and revised regularly to reflect the latest technological, social, legal, and pedagogical developments relating to generative AI in education.
